Do you make custom orders?

Yes absolutely! We love to fulfill custom orders as long as we are given enough time to complete the order. Feel free to reach out on our contact page.

How long is your turnaround process?

If our candles are in stock they will be shipped within 2 days of placing the order. We ship all our packages USPS Priority so once the package is dropped off to USPS it will probably take around 1-3 days to receive it. If you place a custom order it could take up to 1-2 weeks.

Where are all your ingredients and materials from?

Everything we use is from the United States! Our soy wax is 100% natural and are grown from US grown soybeans. Our fragrance oils and wicks are from North Carolina and Oregon. All of the fragrance oils we use adhere to the strict guidelines of RIFM and IFRA for safety. None of our fragrance oils have harmful chemicals or phthalates. The jars and lids are from Pennsylvania, and our wine bottles are completely recycled from New York.

Why is my candle wick curling over?

It is completely normal for this to happen! The wicks we use are designed to curl over. This allows the wick to burn without residue while the candle is burning. Wicks also curl in the flame for a self-trimming effect.

​

However, if your wick curls over to one side it may result in the wax burning quicker on that side. This is completely normal! Just make sure to let the candle burn until the wax is burned fully around the jar so that it burns evenly for its full life.
